The article examines municipal assets’ management in the context of revenue derived from assets by municipalities and cities with powiat status Poland. author first describes specificity financial public sector, particular emphasis on revenues obtained local government units assets. Next, based study a sample Polish status, he changes to In final section, possibilities increasing this source are evaluated.
